Example of a paragraph that is ruined by run-on sentences:
One of the big mistakes I made in my life, I went on a picnic, with a group of people from my country. Everything was going well, it was a lot of fun, how naughty we were on the bus… ; in short, we reached the desired location, we went to a mountain called Round Mountain, in one of the cities of my country called Newtown. It was spring and the place had a beautiful view. My friends and I started laying the mat and lighting the brazier to make lunch. After lunch we decided to play ball, suddenly I fell and my knees come out of the bowl, it was terrible, and I was so scared. In short, I sat down and thought there was nothing, so I went with my friends to walking around. My leg started to pain, and after walking and taking pictures, we came back, my knee was very swollen, and my mom said that when we returned to the city we would go to the hospital. We went to the hospital and they emptied my knee. And I couldn’t walk for a year, and I couldn’t go to school, it was very hard for me. This was one of my mistakes when I went to that picnic.
