Quiz#1
I returned the quiz to everyone except for two people who didn’t
tell me what class they are in. I sent them an email but thet haven’t responded
yet.
My comments about yesterday’s quiz:
* Use 14-16 point font
If you use a small font, I will try to read it, but I won’t go
blind correcting it.
I have 90 students and eight classes. I won’t ruin my eyes trying
to read and correct tiny font.
You have to fix that. You have to figure out to change the font
size.
Do you know how to change the font size in your word processor?
* Use a proper subject line in your email.
Name, class, time, quiz#
It’s not my responsibility to figure out who you are and what
class you are in.
Your class is either EF3 or EF4 or InfoTech. Your class is not
EF34.
“Joe Henderson, EF4, 7PM, Quiz#1”
Does everyone know what class they’re in? EF3 or EF4?
* Number your answers so that they correspond to the questions.
1.
Take the dog out.
2.
What time is it?
3.
Joe and Sarah like to dance together.
4.
aaa
5.
bbb
6.
ccc
It’s not difficult. I can show how to number them.
* Attachments – most people can do this fine
A few people still do not know how to do attachments.
If you still do not know how to do attachments, I can help. You
have to let me know. You can some time into it also.
* Reading comments. Almost everyone can read my comments. A few
people still have not figured it out. Keep working on it. I can help.
Can anybody not read my comments?
MSWord – Review, All Markup, Show Markup, Comments
* Tests and quizzes are timed. Don’t be late. There is a deadline.
* Test time is not the time to start asking a million questions
and explaining why you can’t do the test.
Yesterday, there was way too much talking during the test. Figure
out your stuff before test time.
