describe - adjectives -size, colour, shape, age, smell, taste

We want to appeal to the five senses:
senses - how our bodies make contact with the outside world, through our sensory organs

Five senses:
1. sight -looks, eyes
lots of vocab
colour - reddish orange, sunset red, blood red, wine red, fire engine red, crimson, strawberry red, ruby red, tomato red
grass green, forest green, avocado green, lime green, emerald green, jade green
navy blue, sky blue, robin's egg blue, ocean blue, sapphire

hazel eyes

dark brown, light brown, chocolate brown, milk chocolate, cafe au lait brown

pumpkin orange, hunter's orange, blaze orange

hi-vis vest - high visibility

Queen Elizabeth II is a figurehead.


2. smell - stinky, floral, sea, ocean, salty, fishy, spicy, rancid, burning, smoky, gasoline, durian

perfume maker - floral, musk, earth, leather

Chanel No.5 - She picked the fifth bottle in the row.

cologne - men


3. taste - bitter, sour, sweet, salty, spicy, umami
