EF5 - EF6, stay in EF5
EF6 - EF7, stay in EF6
English Foundations 7 = same as English 10
It is a government rule.

Career counselors - explain the requirements for different college and university programs
Academic advisers - choose the courses you need to get into post-secondary programs

Tests - paragraphs - 60%
Quizzes - grammar, early on, poem 25%
RW - 1pt each - 10%
HW - 1pt each - 10%
Spoken - 20% - in-class English talking

Pass mark for any high school class in BC is 50%.
I don't recommendations for less than about 65%.
