Janet woke up early, and she woke up on Saturday.

with excitement - excitedly (adv)
excited - emotion, feeling (adj) He is excited about the new movie.
exciting (adj) The new movie is exciting.

bored, boring
interested, interesting
fascinated, fascinating, fascinator - special hat
He is interested in that game. prep "in"
That game is interesting to/for him.
He is fascinated with that game. prep "with"
That game is fascinating to him. "to"

prep - tricky because there are no rules, no grammar rules, idiomatic, natural-sounding English, exposure to real English

3. Carefully, her mother carefully drove the car carefully out of the garage carefully.
carefully- can go in many places

placement of adverbs -beginning middle end

quickly The girl finished her homework.

Placing it at the end is a good choice
The girl finished her homework quickly.

Quickly, the girl finished her homework.
Fine but a little unusual. Different sounding.

The girl quickly finished her homework.
The girl finished quickly her homework.
doesn't sound natural to me

usage and your ear

4. They gathered the supplies that were for cleaning outside.
They gathered the cleaning supplies outside.
Neater, tighter, more condensed - style

5. They unwound the hose, and gently Janet gently sprayed the car gently.
gently - a but unusual

They unwound the hose; as well/then/next/afterwards, Janet gently sprayed the car.
They unwound the hose before Janet gently sprayed the car.
Janet gently sprayed the car after they unwound the hose.

If you write a sentence 3-4 different ways, then you are golden.
You are golden.- You are the best. You are doing great. Everything is good.

6. Together, they washed the car together with soft sponges.

with sponges that were soft.

They washed the car together because the sponges were soft. XXX reading comprehension LOGIC?
