Last week, we worked on complex setnences with adverb clauses
Adverb Clauses
16 words and phrases used to make adverb clauses:
*time - when, while, whenever, before, after, until,
since, as ____ as _______
*comparison - than, as ____ as _______
*reason, purpose or cause - because, since
*condition - if, unless, although, even though, though
Let’s write some sentences using these words from you own
imagination. Try a few easy ones: because if when
Then try some harder words that you are less famliar with: than,
until, unless

the “Warm-Up Questions” and the “Vocabulary Preview”.

come-as-you-are- very casual or formal- up to you

dressed down- business vocab “Casual Fridays”- a bit more relaxed
