Melanie will be the teacher.  Melanie taught at SHEC for 25 years and retired last year. She comes in substitute teach.

I am going to 2024 Volleyball Canada Youth National Championships in Edmonton. My son is an athlete. His team will be competing.

This will be his last Youth Nationals because he is 17.

Prepositions: in on to

There are no rules for prepositions. You just have to become familiar with them.

We play in the park.

We walk on the sidewalk.

We walk in Stanley Park.

 

He lives in Canada.

He lives in BC.

She lives in Vancouver.

She lives on Main Street.

She lives at 1234 Main Street.

 

The people who learn prepositions are the people who talk in English regularly, daily.
