3.   Test #1 = opinion paragraph based on the CBC article that you read for homework (50m)

4.   Homework       Review sentences types.

 

On Monday, we will continue with sentence types: COMPLEX SENTENCES- adverb clauses, noun clauses, adjective clauses

We will read our first short story next week.

 

“Correction Codes” – I will email these to you today. We can go over them on Monday.

Format of paragraphs:

1.   Font 14-16 point font

Sometimes students use a small font.

2.   Choose a font that is easy to read

3.   Doublespace.

 

When we write paragraphs for school, we always have to double space our writing. This is standard for all high schools and colleges.

4.   Indent the first word. Use the TAB key (beside the Q key).

 

Test # 1 Paragraph (150-200w)

Do not copy from the internet or the article. I want your writing, not copied writing.
