Adjective clauses
who - person
that - thing
which - special thing, unique thing
adjective clauses = S+V
A sentence with an adjective clause has two parts, two clauses.
who
-The young woman is running in the park.
-She is wearing a ballcap.
-The young woman is running in the park.
who is wearing a ballcap
-The young woman who is wearing a ballcap
is running in the park.
-The young woman who is running in the park.
-She The young woman is wearing a ballcap.
The young woman who is running in the park
is wearing a ballcap.
You can write these sentences in two way, at least.
My dog who is asleep likes to play.
My dog who likes to play is asleep.
Your choice.
The only difference is the adj cl is less important.
My daughter who is at school does her homework.
My daughter who does her homework is at school.
Your choice.
Style, not grammar. You decide how you want to construct your sentences, especially in the future when you become even better writers.

No ‘that’, ‘which’ Why not?
