shall – very unusual, not commonly used, Forget it! Not important. “I shall pick you up at the airport.” VERY UNUSUAL

Very polite invitation to leave, or to eat, or to do something: “Shall we?” “Shall we eat?”
“Let’s take a ten-minute break, shall we?” sounds very polite

would – “I would like to visit you in Seattle.”
“I would like to go for a walk.”
