EF3/4 Parts of Speech

1. Nouns
My uncle is an electrician.
My Uncle Joe is an electrician.
Maria loves to play cards with Aunt Sarah.
Maria loves to play cards with her aunt.
We respect Mother Teresa.
I was talking to Father Jones. (priest)

Compound nouns

2. Verbs -action words, states of being

7. Prepositions- show direction or place

8. Interjections - exclaiming, showing emotion
Oh! Wow! Huh? Uh. Hmm. Ummm. Yum! Yuk!
