Good morning, everyone.

 

Our last day before Christmas Break is Friday, December 22^nd.

Christmas Break- December 23-January 7^th.

We come back to school on Monday, January 8^th.

Registration for Quarter 3 (February-April) begins on Tuesday, January 9^th. You can register for Quarter starting on Tuesday, January 9^th.

Last day of the course: Friday, January 26th

 

I will give you midterm recommendations on Thursday, December 21^st.

We can talk about what class you should take next.

EF1- stay in EF1, or go to EF2

EF2- stay in EF2, or go to EF3

SL1/2 – You still need to take EF1 or EF2.

 

You register online using your computer.

I will teach you how to register using computer when we come back on Monday, January 8th.

 

You are allowed to take two courses per quarter at SHEC. They can be the same course. e.g. EF2 and EF2 , EF2 and SL1/2

They must be different courses.

Self-paced learning- learning on computer, no teacher, Rm 203

Good for math, chemistry.

It’s not effective for learning a language.

 

At SHEC, we have academic advisors who can help you figure out what college or university program would be best for you.

Everybody need a plan!

If you don’t have a plan, you have to figure out what you want, where you want to end up.

You can take steps to follow your plan. Your plan may change.
