On one hand, education is universally available because it is so important; on the other hand, access to technology and computers prevents some students from accessing that education online.


Some of this is familiarity with computers. You should become familiar with computers, email, word processing, etc.

Some if it is financial access to computers.


Access to computer and internet is a requirement to live in this modern world.


You don’t need a $2000 Macbook. There are laptops available for a few hundred dollars.


My personal laptop is a $200 Acer.

There are used laptops available if you are comfortable buying used.

NOUN CLAUSES

Pro tip #2: You can omit ‘that’. Either way is ok.
