Be very conscious of tone. 

e.g.

Why you did not send me the email!! I need the email!!!



Why did you not send me the test!! -sounds like yelling, I don’t like it

-The tone of an email can easily be misinterpreted, so it is important to err on the side of politeness.

- be courteous always, be polite, be respectful of each other
