Literary Studies 11 and Composition 11
Monday morning meeting

Good morning everyone,

Cool
People will be coming in and out.
I muted your mics for now. We can talk via chat.
So, does everyone know about finishing the Jade Peony project?

The next two weeks will be very different for us. My principal has told us to reduce the work for all classes.
So the next two weeks are just for us to keep our English skills fresh. Some students have said that they feel their English is slipping already.
The most important thing is to remember and practice simple, compound and complex sentences.

good luck – Western culture –
A rabbit’s foot is good luck.
a lucky penny
a lucky star – first star that you see at night is lucky
