Book returns for my students.

Good morning,

Thanks to all of your for your hard work this term.  Please review the following notes about textbook returns and then communicate this information to your students.  The scheduled drop-off sessions are in the grid at the bottom.

Please divide each class into two groups and ask one group to come during the first hour and the second group to come during the second hour so we can ensure physical distancing.  If students want to return books from another class so they don't have to come to the school twice, they may do so.

Please send Dave and I your textbook deposit tracking sheets so we can record which students drop off texts.  If you don't have it, please send us a list of the texts used in your course.

***Note that students do not have to return their books at this time – we will extend our usual refund window.  This textbook drop-off will be for students who wish to drop-off their textbooks.
Reminders for Students:
1. Students are not allowed to enter the school.
2. Observe and maintain  physical distancing guidelines (2 meters).  Maximum 5 people in a line-up at any given time - please note tape markings when standing in line to ensure 2 metre separation.  If there are already 5 people in line please wait, and join the line when there are fewer people.
3. Fees will be refunded back onto students' credit cards through the KEV system, or cheques will be mailed out.
4. This time is just for text returns.  If students have additional questions, please have them email their instructor or advisor/outreach worker as appropriate. They can also check the website for updates.
