Adjectives -descriptive words, describe nouns- things, people, places, etc.

 

Spanish speakers say ‘j’ instead of ‘y’.

He can’t make ends meet.- He does not have enough money for the month.

It is hard to make ends meet in Vancouver. I have to move to Calgary.

Calgary has just one tax.
