Average of all marks.

The pass mark on the final day of class (April 22) is 50%.

The cutoff for early recommnedation (today) is 65%.

Early recommendaton is for stronger students- people who are really ready to move up.

CompostionWriting34- support, extra writing work  You should be taking EF3 or EF4 in another timeslot.

 

You will able to replace one quiz mark and one test mark in the last four weeks of term.

 

In Quarter 4 (April-June), I will be teaching the following courses:

Period 2, 11:00-1:15 EF6/CW567

English Foundations 7 and English 10 are the same class in this school.

**Go to Vancouver Public Library. Get some good novels out. Find some good Young Adult novels. Read them.

Young Adult- younger teenagers

In my opinion, reading is one of the best things you can do for yourself.

Get some magazines out from the library. There is every topic under the sun.

travel, fashion, cooking, music, kids, psychology, science, woodworking, etc.

 

**Join a club. Do some activity with other people.
