She is the spit and image of her mother. idiom - 

"the spit and image"- looks exactly like somebody esle 

You look like twins.

What's he like? - personality
What does he like? - hobbies, pastimes 

Is she fun? - happy, has a good time
Is she funny? -making jokes

Skiing is fun.
Skiing is funny.

I wear contact lenses.
She wears a wig.

She has a tattoo of a koala on her ankle.
