MY ADVICE:

Start thinking about it. Start planning.

You can do it. There is a lot of opportunity.

It will be difficult and expensive, but you can do it.

In Canada, a lot of adults go to post-sec either part-time or full-time. It is not unusual for adults to go back to college or university. It might not be as common in your home country.

Survival jobs- just to make $$, not the dream

The dream is achievable.

Our SHEC academic advisors are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Colleges and universities have their own academic advisors.

Call and make an appointment.

**

Private colleges- Alexander College, University Canada West

Public institutions- VCC, UBC, BCIT, Douglas, Kwantlen

-public- harder to get into, higher-quality, less expensive, good reputation
