That’s all of the sentence types in English.
Noun clauses-
We usually use noun clauses with verbs that have to do with
the brain or the mind: think, feel, believe, know, hope
Also, verbs about speaking: say, whisper, yell, (tell)
We also use these words with noun clauses: that, why, what,
how
Examples of complex sentences with noun clauses:

I don’t see a clear line between these words, not black and
white. They are very close.
