Read the question!! Read every word carefully!!!
2. Generating ideas

Mindmapping
Brainstorming
Freewriting - no time in class really, creative writing, novel, poetry
Notes and discussion
Journal writing
3. Organizing your points
TIME (chronological)
SPACE (left to right, top to bottom, zoom in, zoom out)
or
IMPORTANCE (least to most important, most to least important, etc)
WRITING
4. Rough draft
Topic sentence - specific topic, controlling idea
Has to be on-topic.
Read the question again. Mirror some vocab from the question. Use synonyms.
