internal conflict- person vs himself, person vs herself

inside you – some tension in yourself- something not sitting well within you- 

everybody has internal conflict – want to change about yourself, improve, not satisfied

problem internal conflict – strong anxiety can be debilitating, stops you from doing the things you want to do

- weight loss, stop smoking, be more active, have more friends, be more patient, work harder, don’t be lazy, be more confident, have more self-esteem, not worry about social judgement


e.g. Many students in this class have note said a single word in eight weeks of us meeting together.
