INDENT- a few spaces, width of your thumb, TAB key
I was a six-year-old child. One
summer day when I woke up in the morning, I was excited to spend the day with
my parents. I realized that my parents wanted to go to the store for shopping.
So I asked my mother to take me with them, but she refused and said that we were
in a hurry and I haven't had breakfast yet. But when my mother faced my strong
insistence, she agreed. She wanted to make a boiled egg for my breakfast. She
put the egg in a steel bowl full of water on the stove. Since I was in a hurry,
I approached the stove to look inside the bowl to make sure the egg was ready,
but I was shorter than the stove and couldn't see inside the bowl. So I tilted
the bowl with my hand to see inside. Suddenly, boiling water poured on my
stomach and caused it to scald. I was in severe pain, but I was more upset by
my mother's crying and I consoled her that nothing special happened to me and
that I am fine, even though I was not fine at all. After that incident, I
realized that I should be more careful and patient and listen to my parents'
advice.

What's my dream for the future? Every
people always have to own a dream for the future. They are of different ages or
in different periods and they own different dreams. When I was young, my dream
was to be an engineer. In high school, some of my classmates liked arts,
language, or literature. I preferred math. I liked to make some things with my
hands. When I graduated, my dream was could get a job offer from a group of
companies. I thought a large company is more stable than a small one and it has
more benefits and grows up opportunities. After I married, I had a family and
more responsibilities. My new dream was to earn more money for my family. I worked
hard and got overtime. Nowadays I change my future dream again. I hope I am
going to have more healthy and improve my English. I like traveling
around the world to enjoy beautiful scenes and delicious foods. In general,
people will have their dream for the future and they will change their dream
with time.

I was really afraid of the
snakes. When I was a kid, I lived in the countryside with my family. I remember
that there were many fruit trees near my Elementary School. In Summer, the
fruit's good smells made me mouth water. One day, my friend and I climbed the
tree and picked the peach that was big and red. We sat on the tree and ate the
peach happily. When I wanted to pick again, suddenly I saw a small snake that
was on the end of the branch. I screamed and fell down from the tree. I wanted
to run away but I couldn’t. Even though the tree was not very tall, I sprained
my ankle. I couldn’t do anything but cry. My friend went to call my
father. Then my father took me home. After that, I was more scared of the
snakes, even if it was just on TV or on the pictures.
