Combine the following sentences into one sentence. Use a variety of sentences.

DECIDE HOW YOU WANT TO COMBINE THEM – simple, compound, complex. IT HAS TO BE ONE OF THOSE STYLES. IF NOT, THAN IT’S NOT ENGLISH.

Order of Adjectives

Try a few of your own- 2-3 adjectives:

1. I found an antique Chinese tea pot.

2. Maria has a big black bag.

3. I have two fat old cats.

4. My son has three nice wooden ukuleles.

5. Jen bought a nice leather black black leather belt.

6. He has a huge red truck.

7. the huge big wave that is danerous CAP PUNC

11. I went to an interesting local family farm.

Avoid putting too many adjectives in a row. Three is fine.





She bought a nice small new round blue Mexican linen sun hat. TOO MUCH- pick 3

She bought a big blue sun hat.
