Modes of writing - writing for different reasons, different intentions

describe - words like adjectives, describe nouns
rich vocabulary, a lot of vocabulary, lots of vocabulary

synonyms - same or very similar meaning
antonym - opposite meaning

For descriptive writing, we need vocabulary and synonyms. For descriptive writing in this class, feel free to use your dictionaries.

Appeal to the five senses:

6th sense - intuition, a deep feeling about something, psychic connection
