English 10 quoting practice


Clover and Boxer were “faithful disciples” (11) of the revolution.

Boxer was a huge horse with “tremendous muscles” (18) who was always eager to help.  Although he was a “hard worker”, he was not very smart.

Benjamin the donkey was the oldest animal who lived on Manor Farm.  However, he was also the “worst tempered” (2).  Also, he didn’t believe in the revolution and was “quite unchanged” (19) after the animals got rid of Mr. Jones.  In general, he did his daily work but remained “cynical” (2) about everything that was happening to the farm.
