EF2/3 adjective clause quiz practice


Add an adjective clause to each of these sentences:
1.     The little boy was very happy.
The little boy was very happy who got a new toy. XXX
The little boy who got a new toy was very happy.

2.     Maria was walking her dog that had white spots on his head.
Maria was walking her dog which was in the park.
Maria who is my brother’s wife was walking her dog.

3.     Joe called me.
Joe called me who is my classmate. XXX
Joe who is my classmate called me.
Joe who is my classmate. XXX
Joe who is my classmate VERB. When you write adjective clauses, you always have to say two things.
Joe who is my classmate wants to go to the park.

4.     I live in Canada.
I live in Canada which is the safest country in the world.
I live in Canada which makes me happy.
I live in Canada which has a beautiful environment.
I live in Canada which is very cold in the winter.
