He likes to read books, and she likes to read too.
He likes to read books; also, she likes to read too.
He likes to read books.  Also, she likes to read too.


Jim cut the grass, and Ed weeded the garden.
Jim cut the grass; also, Ed weeded the garden.
Jim cut the grass.  Also, Ed weeded the garden.
