How a paragraph is laid out on the page
8 1/2 X 11 inch lined paper with margins
1.Orient the paper.
2.Start with an indent on the word of the first line. Leave a space. TAB key.
3.Double space. Write on a line, skip the next line.
4.Keep the writing between the margins.
5. Left justified.
6. Avoid hyphenating words to fit the margins. Not a good style.
"The dog was running and all the kids were play- ing." XXX
"The dog was running and all the kids were
playing."
7. Name in the top right corner.
8. Staple top left corner (Planet Earth)
