EF2/3 Descriptive paragraph- My Beautiful Grandmother

Title: My Beautiful Grandmother
Topic sentence:
4-5 Supporting sentences
Concluding sentence

My grandmother was a very beautiful woman when she was old.  First, she had nice short silver hair that she kept brushed neatly.  Sometimes, she got a perm and dyed it blue.   Second, her eyes were light brown and very bright.  Her eyes seemed to talk when she looked at you.  Third, her skin was pale and soft with laugh lines all around.  She put on a lot of cream to keep looking young.  Finally, her mouth was usually smiling with dentures.  She always wore lipstick.  Clearly, my grandmother was a pretty senior, and she was proud of that.

FIRST DRAFT (rough copy)

My Spring Break was a very busy week.  Every day, I cleaned up a little bit around the yard to get ready for Spring.  For example, I cut the grass, planted flowers, and fixed the fence.  I was tired, but the yard looked good.  Also, I had to go to meetings.  For two days, I talked to my coworkers about the school.  The meetings were long but interesting.  Most busy of all was taking care of the kids.  They squabbled with each other every day all day long.  However, we got to spend time together.  As you can see, my holiday was enjoyable but hectic.
