Simple present verb tense-

1.habitual action, every day, usually

VOCAB habit(noun)- something you do all the time

good habits- reading books, exercising, walking, swimming, etc.

bad habits- smoking, drinking alcohol, talking too much

 

2.a fact, true

The capital city of BC is Victoria.

Victoria is on Vancouver Island.

Water boils at 100 degrees Celsius.

Water freezes at 0 degrees Celsius.

I am 23 years old.
