challenging = not easy

Scientific studies show that people who say the new words out loud remember them better and for longer.

Say it out loud over and over again. Use the new word in a sentence.

Job interview I can’t speak English.

My English is developing. It’s getting better and better.

My experience:

If you are all closed off, it is very hard to learn a new language.

If you are open to new experiences and connections and are willing to seek them out, it is much easier to learn a new language.
