Notice regarding registration for Summer Term, 2020

Our Adult Education Summer Term registration will begin on Wednesday, June 3.
Please DO NOT come to the Centre to register.  Registration will happen remotely through your Academic Advisor.  
At this time, we will be registering for Summer Term only.  Information on September will be published later in June.

Our Summer Term will run from Thursday, July 2 to Wednesday August 5 (5 weeks)

* In order to register, all students will need to contact an Advisor to register and to renew their Intake Form and Student Learning Plan

For students in EF5/6 (Al Haley, 1:30) please contact Joanne (email: jamcleod@vsb.bc.ca)

In your email to the Advisor please make sure to include
your full name  (Last, Usual)
your PEN (personal education number) or Date of Birth
the course(s) you are currently completing – include the time of the class and the name of your Instructor
the course you wish to register for in Summer term.
Please note that failure to provide accurate information could result in delays

If you are currently registered in two courses and are directed to contact two different Academic Advisors, you may choose which Advisor you wish to contact.
Please be patient as our Advisors will be experiencing higher than normal volumes of emails during our registration period.

I will be teaching EF 3/4 or EF 5/6. I don’t know which one yet.

I will give out recommendations for which class you should take on Friday. I will meet with each student separately on Zoom. I will meet the first half of the class from 1:30-2:00. I will meet the second half of the class from 2:00-2:30.
More on this tomorrow.
