adverb modifies a verb, usually a ‘ly’ word

She sings beautifully. ‘beautifully’ talking about the verb ‘sings’

-adverb – describes a verb, describes an action

I came to Canada for three reasons. First of all I wanted to live in a peaceful country. My country had war and risk. Also, there was racism. Canada is safer than my country. It is multicultural so there is less racism. Secondly, I like the environment in Canada. The climate is mild.  it is not too hot or cold. The air and water are clean. Finally, I want to get Canadian citizenship and a Canadian passport. It's easy to travel around the world to other countries without visa. The health care and educatian is free. In the end I'm satisfied that I moved to Canada.
