8:30 7/10 Criteria and paragraph

criteria - something to choose, determine what you want, near to your idea, basis, things that you need, level of quality, steps to follow, necessities for achievement, qualities that you need, characteristics

generate good useful vocabulary - build more vocab
effort - stick to it - brainstorming

thesaurus - best tools 
like a dictionary - a dictionary gives definitions
a standard of judgment or criticism; a rule or principle for evaluating or testing something.

thesaurus.com - wonderful tool for writers, wide selection of synonyms




ambiquity - not black or white, grey
not clear, tension, 
tolerate (v)- tolerance (n) - accept something but not being really comfortable, being patient, endure

infer- to make a good guess based on limited information

meander (v) - walk around aimlessly, with no direction, wandering
talking without purpose or sense

academic writing - no topic sentence. no organization

recursiveness (n) recursive (a)

Use this word in a conversation within 72 hours or it will be gone.

adheres (v) sticks to
adhesive - glue

satisfaction (n) satisfied (a)- feel good, happy, content, confident

I was not satisfied with her answer.
Sarah was not satisfied with her math results.
The ice cream was really satisfying.



Paragraph - collection of sentences on one topic
5-7 sentences, not a rule
not a whole page

Write two paragraphs. Write one on a criteria that you good at already. Write the second one about a criteria that you want to get better at.
